The AG Magnesium Weld On Hull Anode for Fresh Waters (2.5kg / Low Profile) is designed specifically for narrow boats, with a low profile and beveled edges for easy side installation.

It works as a sacrificial anode, providing cathodic protection to prevent corrosion on boats and vessels.

As part of an annual inspection, it is recommended to check the condition of the anodes and replace them if more than 50% are wasted.

Additionally, when replacing anodes, be sure to also replace the fan disc washers and backing sheet for optimal protection.

The included fixings should be welded onto a steel strip.
